This place is just as country as you can get. If you're looking for some country food and nice country waitresses to wait on you - definitely check this place out.
My grandpa loves this place and comes here about everyday. Today i got the bar be que pork special that came with slaw & i got apple sauce and fries as a side. The sweet tea is to die for & so was the food! Most of the entrees comes with 2 sides.
It comes with hush puppies and biscuits! Everyone here is so sweet. Love the people and the food -

Lovely breakfast at Pam's. Far from fancy but the service was attentive, the omelet was perfect and the price was just right. Ham and cheese, plenty of both, a big portion and served with tomatoes instead of fries because I'm doing a keto diet (no starches or carbs).
Coffee was good and plentiful.
Not much more to say here. It's value.

I enjoyed Pam's. It is a bit of a dive, but I guess I should chalk this up to character? The stained ceiling tiles were a bit disconcerting. It may be a small thing, but it made me wonder what other cleaning and maintenance tasks are being left unattended. There were missing tiles, as well as a lot of them with nasty brown water stains.
Aside from that, the food was decent. I ordered biscuits & gravy with 1 egg scrambled with cheese. My friend ordered pancakes. The waitress went on and on and in about how AMAZING their pancakes are. Imho, they're good...not great. They are huge though so maybe she was referring to the size, not flavor. They are sweet, but also very, very dense.
Would I go back? Probably, but it wouldn't be my 1st choice for breakfast in the area. -

Definitely a good find! Pancakes are as big as the plates! Eggs with real cheddar slab slices of bacon and home made biscuits with blackstrap molasses. Prices are extremely reasonable and everything was seasoned just right! I couldn't even finish my breakfast! Plenty of food ! They leave a pitcher of tea and water on the tables in case you need a refill between the visits from the waitress. Truly a friendly down home place

My husband and I were here for our daughters orientation and wanted a good breakfast and found Pam's Farm House!!!
It was AMAZING best breakfast place, must go if you're in the Raleigh/NCSU area! Great customer service from the minute we walked in the door! We'll be back in September!
